Services

What we deliver

Supplies, services and construction support for federal buyers, fulfilled through a vetted bench of US vendors and controlled by AAI on every award.

Who we serve

Built for the people on both sides of a federal award

Government buyers

Federal buyers β€” VA and DoD first β€” looking for pre-qualified vendors, compliant procurement, and faster sourcing.

Vendors & manufacturers

US manufacturers, distributors, and service providers looking to enter the government market and grow deal flow, without carrying the compliance burden themselves.

Veteran-owned businesses

We prioritize SDVOSBs and veteran entrepreneurs entering federal sales β€” the same lane AAI was built in.

Our lane

Set-aside and sole-source. The federal government targets 23% of prime-contract dollars to small businesses and 5% to SDVOSBs, and the VA applies Vets First. That is our lane.

Supplies

Supplies delivered as prime, from RFQ to receipt

For supply contracts we resell goods made by US small businesses, or products covered by an SBA class waiver; under the simplified acquisition threshold there is no restriction at all. We match each solicitation to the right vendor, collect pricing and lead time, and issue a complete quote package: SF-1449, price sheet and certifications.

Services

Services performed the way the rules require

On services set-asides we self-perform at least 50% of contract cost unless our subcontractor is also a certified SDVOSB. Construction follows its own caps. We plan the split before we bid, so the award holds up.
Our promise
We hold the purchase order, take title, invoice the government and pay the vendor. Every contract stays under our control.

Every opportunity in the queue within the hour

Our opportunity engine watches SAM.gov, DLA DIBBS and agency forecasts, reads each solicitation, matches a compliant vendor and drafts the quote. A person approves every submission. Nothing is ever auto-submitted.

FAQ

Questions from buyers and vendors

How set-aside contracting works with AAI.
Is All American Industry a real consulting firm?

A service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), SAM-registered with a CAGE code, that bids as prime contractor on federal set-aside and sole-source opportunities.

Which agencies do you work with?

VA and Department of Defense buyers in the Southwest first, with federal civilian agencies as the vendor bench grows.

What do you supply?

Supplies made by US small-business manufacturers, services we self-perform to the required share, and construction support within the subcontracting caps.

Are you eligible for sole-source awards?

Yes. SDVOSB sole-source awards run up to about $4.5M for services and $7M for manufacturing, and the VA must consider veteran-owned firms first under Vets First.

Who is accountable for the contract?

We are. AAI holds the purchase order, takes title, invoices the government and pays the vendor on every award.

Do you automate bidding?

No. Software watches, reads and drafts; a person approves and submits every quote and proposal.

What happens after award?

We issue the vendor PO, track shipment, acceptance, invoicing and payment, and pay the vendor once the government pays us.

How do you choose a vendor?

Capability fit, past pricing, lead time against the delivery date, geography and reliability, then a compliance check the vendor must pass.

Which rules do you check?

Nonmanufacturer Rule, Buy American and TAA, limitations on subcontracting, certification currency and affiliation limits, on every opportunity.

How long does a supply quote take?

Under five minutes once vendor pricing is in; a first-draft services proposal in under an hour.

What does a quote package contain?

SF-1449, a price sheet, our certifications and a reps-and-certs snapshot, checked against a pre-submission list before anyone hits send.

Is All American Industry a real consulting firm?

Every notice in our NAICS and set-aside window is in the queue within an hour of posting on SAM.gov.

Is All American Industry a real consulting firm?

US manufacturers, distributors and service subcontractors, ideally small businesses under their NAICS size standard.

What do you check before approval?

UEI and CAGE against SAM, SBA certification status, size standard, the exclusions list and country of manufacture.

What documents do you need?

W-9, SBA certification, insurance certificate, quality certifications where relevant, and a signed teaming or NDA agreement from our template.

How does an RFQ reach me?

By email, with line items, quantities, delivery date, packaging requirements and terms already worked out.

When do I get paid?

On the terms agreed at onboarding, once the government has paid AAI.

Does reliability matter?

Yes. On-time delivery and accurate quotes raise your reliability score and your chance of being matched next time.
